Grand Canyon Visitor Center | Grand Canyon Marathon 2011

The Visitor Center is proud to sponsor the 2011 Grand Canyon Marathon on November 12th. The finish line is at the Visitor Center and IMAX Theatre.

The Marathon will start at 8am. Shuttles will provide transportation from the IMAX Finish Line to the start line. The cutoff for this race is 6 hours. You must be off the Hermits Road by 11am.The 2011 Grand Canyon Marathon will be a USATF certified course that will start at the Hermit Interchange, just west of the Bright Angel Lodge at an elevation of 6842 ft.
