Description: SOUTH RIM. Punctuated by tree-log posts and beams and hovering, glass-globed chandeliers, this expansive restaurant makes for good eating any time of day. Come early for buckwheat pancakes or eggs, or break up a day of sight-seeing with a delicious adobo chicken sandwich. Dinner entrees also prove filling, whether you choose poultry, pork, beef, or even something vegetarian. Prices are affordable, and full bar service is available. Nearby, the lodge’s lounge welcomes folks for a nightcap and live music.
