Capture the Best Grand View and Win $250

We hope you have your best photo of the Canyon ready—or get your camera ready—because we want to see your best picture of the Grand Canyon.  We all know that the Canyon is choc-a-bloc with lookout points that let you gaze upon its magnificence, but which views leave us filled with an omnipresent sense of awe.

’s Visitor Center is looking for spectacular views of the Grand Canyon from lookout points that really make us ponder. Whether it’s old, new, a group shot, selfie, the sunrise or sunset… we want to see your best ‘Grand Canyon’ photo ops!

HOW TO ENTER

Step 1
Take your best Grand Canyon photo

Step 2
Go to our Facebook page to submit your photo via ‘PointstoPonder’ Contest Facebook tab.  You may also enter the contest using the form below.

Step 3
Complete the entire form, including your name, photo title, description of photo, email address, and other requested information.

Step 4
Share your pic and contest to your friends on Facebook and Twitter with hashtags “#PointstoPonder #GrandCanyon @grandcanyonvc” for entry to contest to be VALID.

Contest Begins
#PointstoPonder #GrandCanyon Visitor Center’s Photo Contest Starts June 8th 2016 12:01 am pacific time through July 8th 2016 11:59pm pacific time.

How the Winner is Selected
Visitor Center will approve 25 photo finalists for PUBLIC VOTING, and those photos will be displayed on our Facebook photo contest gallery.

Voting starts July 11th 2016 via our Facebook #PointstoPonder Contest tab and ends July 22nd 2016.  The photo that receives the most votes wins $250, after which the winner will be announced via Facebook.  The winner will be notified via email.

The winning photo will then be featured on our Facebook page Cover Photo and shared via our social channels.

The #PointstoPonder #Grand Canyon photo contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Remember, after you submit your photo via our Facebook page #PointstoPonder Contest Tab, you MUST share your pic via Facebook and Tweet @grandcanyonvc with hashtag #PointstoPonder #GrandCanyon for YOUR ENTRY TO BE VALID.
