Yavapai Lodge is Renovating and Expanding
The Yavapai Lodge is one of the most beloved and historically significant buildings on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, and with upcoming renovations and a new location, that legacy of fun, great food, and cozy southwestern hospitality will be more inclusive than ever. The original location formerly associated with the Yavapai Lodge is being converted into the Yavapai Cafeteria and will open on June 22nd and will be open during the summer from 6 am to 10 pm daily. The Yavapai Tavern will be opening on July 3rd and will be open from 11 am to 11 pm each day.
The Yavapai Cafeteria will provide a more fully-featured dining experience and is attached to the newly-added Yavapai Gift Shop and a fully-featured coffee shop. The Tavern will have a specialized bar menu, but will remain true to the southwestern influences of the original Lodge.
Look forward to the grand openings of the Yavapai Cafeteria and the Yavapai Tavern at the former location of the Yavapai Lodge on June 22nd and July 3rd respectively. For more information, contact the Grand Canyon National Park or the Grand Canyon National Park Visitor Center today!
