Italian Perspective on Grand Canyon
From Landscapes and wildlife to history and adventure, what’s the one thing about the Grand Canyon that has intrigued you?
This probably may seem commonplace, but the one thing about the Grand Canyon that has intrigued me most is its extraordinary immensity. How long did it take the Colorado river to carve out the Grand Canyon? Nature is strong and mysterious and magnificent.
Everything in nature is restless in perpetuity.
If this your first visit to the Canyon, what is motivating you to visit? If this a revisit, what’s your reason for wanting more?
I’d like very much to come back and have time to hike down off the rim.
What according to you is the best way to get to the Grand Canyon – By Air, By Road or By Rail?
Absolutely by road!
What is travel to you in one word?
Emotion
On your travels, what would you choose a book or a camera, and why?
I would choose a camera. I love to take pictures and it is the most efficient way I know to capture the magic of a moment.
As a travel destination, how would you rank the Grand Canyon from 1 to 10?

Tell us a little about yourself! This will be included on the web site. What brought you to Grand Canyon? Where are you from? What do you do? What are your influences?
I and my boyfriend came to the Grand Canyon on our first and last (but not for too long, I hope!) roadtrip to the west coast. We were longing for that holiday since many years before and we had made it happen at last!
Of the many places we visited, one of the most beautiful and breathtaking was the Grand Canyon.
