The award acknowledges the consistently excellent reviews posted by members of the public about the visitor center on TripAdvisor.com, one of the top websites for reviewing vacation destinations and booking hotels. TripAdvisor awards these certificates every year to honor hospitality businesses that deliver excellent services to the public.

According to TripAdvisor, 85% of travelers are more likely to book a hotel that has been given a Certificate of Excellence, and 75% of travelers are more likely to visit an attraction that has received such an award.
