Grand Canyon Free Admission during National Park Week

During National Park Week, April 21-29, ALL 397 U.S. national parks offer free admission. The Grand Canyon National Park will have a variety of activities and will feature original interactive exhibits.

Earth Day will include a number of additional events at the park. The free events begin at the South Rim at 10 a.m. on Sunday, April 22. The 42nd anniversary of Earth Day will begin at Mather Point and will include demonstrations, games, information on environmental initiatives and more.

Free admission to the Grand Canyon National Park is offered from April 21 to the 29th. Visitors who plan to stay longer than the 29th will pay for each day beyond. The fee-free designation applies to entrance fees only. Reservations, camping, tours will require regular fees.
